Ideas?

Yesterday was MUCH better than Thursday! Don't get me wrong, I have a WONDERFUL bunch of firsts that are almost ALWAYS on the ball. I think that because of that, when they're not on the ball, it makes me even more frustrated than it should. Yesterday was a good day.

The highlight of my day...

Me: "Student, you're such a smart cookie!"
Student: "I know! I'm not a cookie though."

These moments make my heart smile.

ANYWHO.

I'm about to embark on my St. Patrick's Day centers unit, and I'm looking for input.  What skills would you like to see addressed?  What do your students need the most practice with, both math and literacy?  I look forward to your input!
